How long does the link last?

Permanently. We host your Sincere gift on our secure, private cloud indefinitely. Your loved one can revisit your message years from now, and it will be just as beautiful as the day you sent it.

Can I add personal photos?

Yes. You can upload a cherished photo which our system elegantly typesets into a digital Polaroid-style frame as part of the experience.

Is my message private?

Absolutely. Each gift is assigned a unique, obfuscated link. Only those with the direct URL can view it. We do not index your gifts on search engines or share your data.

What if I need to edit it later?

You have a 24-hour window after creation to make any refinements to the text or imagery before the gift is permanently sealed into its eternal form.

Can I download my QR code?

Yes. After a successful payment, you will be presented with a high-resolution QR code that you can download and print on physical cards or letters.
