Payments & Fees
Sincere is a premium service. All fees are clearly disclosed before purchase. We currently offer fixed-price sessions for letter creation, curation, and permanent hosting.
Refund Policy
"Digital sentiments are permanent creations."
Because our service involves the immediate generation of personalized digital content, all sales are considered final. Exceptions are granted only in cases of verifiable technical failure to deliver the letter to the recipient's secure link.
Prohibited Uses
- Harassment, abuse, or stalking of any individual.
- Distribution of spam, unsolicited messages, or marketing debris.
- Impersonation of any person or entity without direct authorization.
- Reverse-engineering or attempting to exploit our cinematic animation engine.
Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Sincere Labs is not liable for relationship outcomes, emotional reactions, or personal disagreements arising from the use of our platform. Our maximum financial liability is limited to the cost of the single letter session in question.
